Report: Iran, Hezbollah increasing aid to Assad

Hezbollah and Iran have "significantly" increased their aid to Syrian President Bashar Assad's regime but are preparing for the possibility of its downfall, Lebanese media reports.

Western intelligence sources said that Iranian and Hezbollah military officials were training Syrian troops in urban combat and drone operations as well as supplying them with arms. (AFP)
