Police arrested four protesters in a rally against the cost of living in Tel Aviv.
Earlier, some 400 people gathered in Rabin Square to protest the rising costs of fuel and electricity in Israel. The protesters blocked roads and chanted: "A year has gone by and nothing changed." (Boaz Fyler)
