Peres to meet with Esther Pollard ahead of US trip
President Shimon Peres will meet with Esther Pollard, the wife of convicted spy Jonathan Pollard, who is serving a life sentence in the US, and was recently hospitalized following deterioration in his health.
Members of the Committee to Bring Jonathan Pollard Home have said that Esther will demand from Peres to push for Pollard's release on humanitarian grounds due to his deteriorating health. (Kobi Nahshoni )
