Doctors Without Borders to visit 2 Palestinian hunger strikers

The Petah Tikva Administrative Court has granted Doctors Without Borders' petition to visit two administrative detainees, both of whom are on a hunger strike.

The two, Bilal Diab and Thaer Halahla, went on hunger strike 27 and 40 days ago respectively following an extension of their imprisonment. The Israel Prison service said that four out of seven Palestinian detainees who have taken the same protest measures are under surveillance and treatment. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
