Israel will not demand Palestinian recognition of Jewish state
Israel will respond to the Palestinian peace process missive with a document presenting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's stance regarding the border and security arrangements.
Government officials familiar with the document noted that for the first time Netanyahu will not demand an official recognition of the Jewish state. The officials stressed the importance of entering negotiations without pre-conditions. (Attila Somfalvi)
