None

The IDF Spokesperson's Unit said that a full and thorough investigation of Sunday's incident in which Lieutenant-Colonel Shalom Eisner was documented beating a foreign activist in the face with his weapon, would commence shortly. Following the initial probe, the IDF has decided to suspend Eisner until further notice.

IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz described the incident as "serious" and said that Eisner's actions do not reflect the IDF's values. (Yoav Zitun)
