MK Ahmad Tibi has called on Canadians to boycott products made in West Bank settlements, the Canadian Post Media news agency reported. "Settlements are a cancer spreading all over Palestinian land, and cancer should be treated and eradicated," he said during a visit to Ottawa. "I am talking about a peaceful and non-violent way by not buying or selling or dealing in these products from these settlements."
According to the report, he urged the Canadian government to differentiate between products made within Israeli territory and those made beyond the Green line. (Attila Somfalvi)
