Military Police to depose Palestinian in Eisner case

Military Police investigators will collect testimony on Wednesday from a Palestinian who witnessed the incident in which Lt. Col. Shalom Eisner hit a left-wing activist with his rifle.
Soldiers who witnessed the incident testified that activists hurled a pair of bicycle on Eisner before the incident. Meanwhile, a Palestinian photographer told Ynet that he did not see the activists assault the IDF officer. (Yoav Zitun)
