Speaking at the Holocaust Remembrance Day ceremony at Yad Vashem, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: "A great tragedy happened on this mountain today. As our president said, we lost a promising young officer today, Hila Bezaleli."
Netanyahu also addressed the death of soldier Yehoshua Hafetz during an IDF selection process exam: "We also lost a soldier in combat engineering whose heart stopped. We send our condolences to the families and our wishes for a swift recovery to those injured." (Aviad Glickman)
