Court releases Dutch national who was shot by cop

The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court has ordered the release of Bo Schimmelpfennig, a Dutch national who was shot by a police officer during a chase after allegedly threatening a Bat Yam couple earlier this month.

Schimmelpfennig sustained serious injuries and is hospitalized at the Wolfson Medical Center. (Gilad Morag)
