Mordechai Moshe, who is serving a double life sentence for two accounts of murder, demanded the State to pay him hundreds of thousands of shekels in return for disclosing the burial site of Majdy Halabi, an IDF soldier who went missing in 2006.
Moshe and another prisoner are in talks with the State over a deal that would grant them amnesty in exchange for information on the soldier's whereabouts. (Aviad Glickman)
