Israel Electric to sue Egyptian gas suppliers for damages

The Israel Electric Corp. confirmed reports that Egypt has terminated the gas deal with Israel. The company wrote in a letter to the Israel Securities Authority that the gas flow from Egypt has been irregular for the past year, declaring its intention to sue the Egyptian suppliers for damages.

"The incident is not expected to have significant negative implications on the company's financial situation," the Israel Electric Corp. added. (Ynet)
