Anti-regime activists say Syrian government forces have attacked the central city of Hama, killing more than 30 people one day after a visit by UN observers monitoring the country's shaky cease-fire.
Rami Abdul-Rahman, the head of the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, says 33 people were killed Monday in shooting attacks throughout the city, some with heavy-caliber machine guns. (AP)
