Tantawi: Egypt will use power against enemies if needed

During a military drill held in the Sinai Peninsula, Field Marshal Hussein Tantawi said that the Egyptian army's purpose is to protect Egyptian territory and that it is not interested in attacking anyone. He then clarified that the Egyptian army would use its power against enemies if needed.
Tantawi further said that the Egyptian forces situated on the border between Egypt and Israel are on high alert. (Roi Kais)
