UK: Police attend disturbance in central London

British police say they're investigating an unspecified disturbance in central London and the Huffington Post says that its building has been evacuated. Scotland Yard says police are at the scene where a man is "causing a disturbance and criminal damage at an office building" at Tottenham Court Road.
The Huffington Post says that its building has been evacuated and quoted one eyewitness as saying that a man claiming to be strapped with gas canisters had threatened to blow up the office building. Police said they are not treating the incident as terror-related. (AP)
