Prison Service Commissioner meets with Barghouti, striking prisoners
The Palestinian ministry in charge of prisoners has announced that Prison Service Commissioner Aharon Franko has met with the representatives of the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons led by Marwan Barghouti.
According to the reports, Franko told the prisoners that the special committee appointed to examine their requests would give its response within 10 days. (Elior Levy and Ra'anan Ben-Zur)
