Iran suspects company purchased Israeli goods, received mitigations

Iranian authorities are investigating a possible corruption affair in which senior state bank officials gave a 100 million euro loan to a private company. The investigation revealed that some of the money was used by the unnamed Iranian company to purchase communications equipment that was made in Israel.

The equipment was most likely purchased through a third party. 15 people were recently arrested in connection with their affair. (Dudi Cohen)
