IDF tells local councils that stench originated in gas drilling site

Home Front Command has informed local authorities that the strong odor that was felt in various regions comes from a gas drilling site in the Nitzanim region.

"It's disgraceful that so much time has passed since the incident began, but the Environmental Protection Ministry still doesn't know where the smell is coming from, even though Home Front command has informed us of its origin over an hour ago," said Ramat Hasharon Mayor Itzik Rochberger said.
