Germany: 4 men charged over al-Qaeda terror plot

Prosecutors have formally charged four men with membership in a terrorist organization after allegations they planned to carry out an al-Qaeda attack in Germany.
Federal prosecutors said Thursday the group's leader - 30-year-old Moroccan national Abdeladim El-Kebir - is also accused of undergoing training at a terror camp in the Afghanistan-Pakistan border region. (AP)
