Chief military advocate to examine criminal aspects of Harpaz affair

Chief Military Advocate General Brigadier General Danny Efroni asked State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss to hand him the investigation material he collected during the Harpaz affair, in order to examine whether there are any criminal aspects to the case.
State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss has approached the State Prosecutor's Office with a request to examine the possibility of launching a criminal investigation against former IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi's bureau chief Colonel Erez Weiner over his involvement in the Harpaz affair.
