Chief Rabbi Metzger: Amir's reaction 'disgraceful, chutzpah'

Israel's Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi, Yona Metzger, strongly condemned the statement Hagai Amir made on Friday upon his release from prison after sixteen and a half years.

"To take pride in participation in the murder (of Rabin) is an embarrassment, a disgrace and a chutzpah. It appears that sixteen and a half years in prison weren't enough time for Amir to come to the right conclusions," said Metzger. (Kobi Nachshoni)
