The High Court leveled harsh criticism at the State Sunday, blasting its attempted to postpone the eviction of the Ulpana neighborhood, at the West Bank settlement of Beit El.
"You're basically seeking to change your policy post-verdict. This is unheard of," Justice Uzi Vogelman said during the hearing, which focused on the State's petition to postpone the eviction by three months. (Aviad Glickman)
