Serbia: Runoff expected in presidential race

Independent polls show pro-EU candidate Boris Tadic and nationalist Tomislav Nikolic are headed for a presidential runoff in Serbia.

The Center for Free Elections and Democracy said Sunday that its initial count shows Tadic of the Democratic Party has 26.8 percent of the votes while Serbian Progressive Party leader Nikolic has 25.6 percent. (AP)
