Katsav not 'sexually dangerous,' psychiatric evaluation shows

Former President Moshe Katsav is not "sexually dangerous," according to the results of a mental health evaluation submitted to the Israel Prison Service.

The IPS, which is considering Katsav's request to be released from prison to attend his son's wedding, required him to meet with a psychiatrist. The IPS is now awaiting the police's stance on the request. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
