IDF reservists: PM deceived us
IDF reservists who set up the "suckers' tent" in Jerusalem were livid after learning that Shas had appealed against a ministerial committee's decision to submit two bills calling for compulsory IDF or civil service for all Israeli citizens for a first reading in the Knesset.
"If this in fact part of a deal between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Shas, then he has deceived us and the entire public. Just last week he promised us that he would pass the legislation before the elections. Netanyahu misled us all," one activist said. (Yair Altman)
