High Court rules against two Palestinian hunger strikers

High Court of Justice justices Elyakim Rubenstein, Yoram Danziger, and Noam Solberg ruled on Monday against two Palestinian prisoners, Bilal Diab and Thaer Halahla, who have been on a hunger strike for over 65 days and are now hospitalized in "grave condition."

Rubenstein also decided that the possibility of naming a senior lawyer or retired judge to assume responsibility for the prisoners should be examined. (Aviad Glickman)
