Peres congratulates Hollande on French election win
President Shimon Peres congratulated Francois Hollande on his win in the presidential elections in France.
In a communiqué Peres wrote: "On behalf of the Israeli nation it is a pleasure for me to send my sincere congratulations on your election to the post of President of France.
