Court imposes July 1 deadline for Ulpana's eviction
The High Court on Monday ordered the eviction and demolition of the Ulpana neighborhood in the West Bank settlement of Beit El by July 1.
The ruling effectively denied the State's petition to postpone the move by three months. The court also ordered the State to carry the Palestinian petitioners legal expenses, as well as pay them NIS 15, 000 in damages. (Aviad Glickman)
