A mother is asking that her husband, a former US Army officer currently in the United Arab Emirates, return their 14-month-old child to the US
Stacy Peters went to a court in Clarksville on Monday to argue that her husband, a former Army major who had been stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, should be held in contempt for ignoring a court order to bring her daughter, Caroline, home to Tennessee. (AP)
