MK Gafni: Finance committee will oppose budget cut
The chairman of the Knesset's Finance Committee MK Moshe Gafni (United Torah Judaism) said that the committee will work to increase taxes for high-income workers and will oppose a step hurting the middle class and weaker populations.
Gafni made the statements in response to reports of cuts in the 2012 budget prepared by the Finance Ministry. (Zvi Lavi)
