Carmiel: Toddler chokes to death in kindergarten

A two and a half-year-old toddler choked to death on a foreign object which obstructed his windpipe at a kindergarten in Carmiel. A Magen David Adom team rushed him to a hospital in Nahariya where doctors were forced to pronounce him dead. (Maor Buchnik)
