Austrian furniture chain Kika closes Israel store

The management of the Kika furniture store in Netanya has closed its doors after the banks froze its credit line.

Some 200 employees are barricading themselves inside the store and the parking lot demanding that the management pay them their salaries for April and provide them with dismissal notices. Kika closed 2011 with NIS 44.5 million losses. (Ra'anan Ben-Zur)
