Ministry: Lag B'Omer bonfires caused air pollution
Bonfires lit Wednesday night in celebration of Lag B'Omer caused a high level of air pollution, which peaked between 11 pm and 2 am, the Ministry of Environmental Protection reported.
The highest air pollution levels were recorded in Kiryat Ata and Beersheba. (Billie Frenkel)
