Indictment filed against Mohammed Fadoul, 24, for raping high school student during graduation party

An indictment was filed Thursday against a 24-year-old Sudanese citizen for raping a high school senior during her graduation party last month.
Filed with the Jerusalem District Court, the indictment said that Mohammed Fadoul had worked as a cleaner at a villa which serves as an events hall, where he had a housing unit.

According to the indictment, during a private party, a drunk student showed up at Fadoul's room and lay beside him, at which point he took advantage of her condition and raped her.

On April 29, the students celebrated their graduation at a school prom and then headed to a private party at the villa.
At around 3 am, the victim showed up at the defendant's room where another person was also sleeping at the time. The prosecution claims, that having noticed that the girl was drunk, the defendant undressed and raped her as she told him "Stop it, it hurts."
According to the indictment, an hour later the girl's friends noticed she was gone and went searching for her. The found her sleeping on the sofa at the housing unit, with Fadoul and another person present in the room.
