Ulpana: Legal forum petitions High Court against High Court

The Legal Forum for the Land of Israel has petitioned the High Court on behalf of the residents of the Ulpana neighborhood against the High Court, the State Prosecutor's Office, the defense minister and the prime minister.
The petition states that so far, the court has not heard the claims of the apartment buyers or the residents of the Ulpana neighborhood, which have not been attached as a party in the petitions. This in spite of the "immeasurable impact" it will have on them. The forum is also requesting an interim order to freeze the neighborhood evacuation until a decision is reached. (Aviad Glickman)
