Cohort of Kiryat Malachi mayor agrees to serve as state's witness

The Israel Police have signed an agreement with a source close to Kiryat Malachi Mayor Moti Malka, who was arrested last week on suspicion of committing a series of sex offenses against a city employee.

Malka's cohort is expected to serve as state's witness, tying Malka to other women allegedly exploited by the mayor. In addition, the witness is expected to supply evidence supporting bribery accusations. (Eli Senyor)
