PLO: Netanyahu's message doesn't contain clear answers

The executive committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization said Sunday that the message conveyed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's envoy Yitzhak Molcho did not contain clear answers on a number of issues holding up a return to negotiations.

The issues cited include construction in the territories; recognition of a two-state solution along the 1967 borders; and the release of Palestinians imprisoned in Israel since before 1994. (Elior Levy)
