PM: Palestinian owner of Ulpana land unwilling to sell

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the evacuation of the Ulpana neighborhood, noting that the issue revolves around the fact that the Palestinian owner of the land on which the homes were built is unwilling to sell it. He spoke during a Likud faction meeting.

The neighborhood, which is located in the West Bank settlement of Beit El, is set to be demolished in July. (Attila Somfalvi)
