Explosion in Colombian capital injures at least 19

A bomb has exploded on a crowded street in Colombia's capital and the city's health director says at least 19 people are injured. TV images from scene in Bogota's northern commercial district showed a badly damaged SUV on Calle 74 and other vehicles surrounding it less damaged.

 

The video shows several people lying on the street being treated. City health director Guillermo Jaramillo tells Caracol radio that at least 19 people were hurt in Tuesday's blast. He said he could not immediately confirm local media reports of three deaths. (AP)
