A man in his 40s was moderately wounded Wednesday afternoon in a shooting on Frishman St. in the heart of Tel Aviv.
Paramedics evacuated him to Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center. The circumstances of the shooting were unclear. (Eli Senyor)
