IDF thwarts smuggling attempt on Egyptian border

A Paratrooper brigade force has thwarted a smuggling attempt on the Egyptian border. During operational activities the troops identified several suspicious individuals and called for them to halt, but they ignored the calls and crossed the border.
The troops opened fire in response, two of the suspects were hit in the lower part of their body and fled back to Sinai. There were no reports of wounded among the IDF forces. (Yoav Zitun)
