Mofaz: Kadima to oppose legislation circumventing High Court ruling

Kadima Party Chairman and Deputy Prime Minister Shaul Mofaz announced on Monday that his party will oppose legislation that "would bypass High Court ruling."
The law, which is scheduled to be put up for a vote at the Knesset plenum on Wednesday, stipulates that the government will not be able to evict settlements in the West Bank, if the landowner failed to approach the High Court within four years of the initial construction. (Moran Azulay)
