Teens suspected of raping 11-year-old in stairway

Police are investigating claims that four teenage boys aged 13-14 raped an 11-year-old girl in the stairway of her apartment building.
The suspects, who were taken for interrogation, claimed that the girl consented to the sexual relations. The suspects were released to house arrest. (Ilana Curiel)
