Responding to a reprimand he received from the Knesset's Ethics Committee, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said that he was standing by his decision to refuse to take part in a parliamentary inquiry committee that dealt with the integration of Arab employees in the public service workforce chaired by MK Ahmad Tibi.
"The committee has become MK Tibi's personal committee and its main purpose it to provide him with office administration services and a mouthpiece. The committee has no interest in the status of Israel's Arabs." (Moran Azulay and Attila Somfalvi)
