High Court: 3 Arab towns to get tax breaks
None
The High Court of Justice ruled that three Arab towns in the periphery are to get tax breaks while five other councils, including Karmiel and Tamar, won't receive them.
The ruling was issued in response to a petition filed by several towns claiming that an income tax regulation is discriminatory. The three justices who dealt with the case granted the petition. (Aviad Glickman)
