Terror cell that plotted Kiryat Arba kidnappings exposed

It has been cleared for publication that the Shin Bet security service has recently exposed a number of Palestinian terror cells that operated in the Hebron area.
According to suspicions, some of the terrorists threw stones at Israeli vehicles, one of the cell was involved in a bombing attack, while another planned to kidnap Israelis in Kiryat Arba. (Yoav Zitun)
