El Al Israel Airlines trimmed its losses in the first quarter of the 2012 financial year by 46%, the company reports.
The $23.5 million loss reported for Q1 2012 represents 5.5% of El Al's revenue, compared to the loss of $43 million in the corresponding quarter of 2011, which comprised 10.1% of the company's revenue. (Maayan Manela, Calcalist)
