Moti Malka to be released to house arrest

Police is set to motion for a 30-day house arrest for Kiryat Malachi Mayor Moti Malka after two weeks in which he was held in custody. He will not be allowed to stay in the city and will be ordered to post high bail.
Malka is suspected of two rapes, various sexual assaults and bribery offences. During his time in house arrest he will be barred from contacting anyone at the Kiryat Malachi Municipality. (Eli Senyor)
