TA rape case: Court issues gag order on indictment

Indictment was filed with Tel Aviv district court against Ahmed Beni Jaber (21) from Nablus for the brutal rape of a couple at Tel Aviv's Gan Hair parking lot two weeks ago.
Jaber is blamed for serious sexual crimes including sodomy, rape, abuse and causing physical harm. The defendant is also accused of using cold weapon to threat and force the victims. Judge Michal Agmon Gonen issued a gag order on the details of the indictment to protect the privacy of the victims. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
