Court reverses conviction of former TA deputy mayor Visner

The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court has reversed the conviction of former deputy mayor Peer Visner, who was convicted of forging documents and fraudulent receipt of services.

 

According to the ruling, Visner – who forged a lease for a loft apartment he owned to get a discount on his municipal taxes – will be required to perform 250 hours of community service and pay the plaintiff NIS 5,000. (Gilad Morag)
